About Dan Lamb

Our teaching, training and sightseeing operations are run by Dan Lamb, who is a fluent Japanese and French speaker living in Cheltenham. After graduating from university he worked as a teacher in Japan and then worked for six years in a Japanese company in the UK before returning to teaching. In total he has spent 4 years working in Japan, and he has a deep understanding of Japanese language and culture as well as international business; he also understands the pressures on Japanese businessmen and businesswomen in a UK or European office. 

The two strands of his career experience, business and teaching, have worked in tandem in enabling him to work as a Business Trainer. Since he is fluent in Japanese and French, he has been able to specialise in training for French and Japanese employees, as well as working as an English teacher both online and for residential courses. He has experience in teaching people of nationalities from all over the world, and is PGCE qualified with an additional TEFL qualification.

He himself enjoys travelling, so in addition to this he enjoys showing people around beautiful parts of the Cotswolds and finding something for everyone to enjoy when they visit the UK.
